We’re Sam Samadhi & Dani Saraswati — the divine union that stewards Temple of the Sun, Moon & Stars.

Together, we cultivate sacred and safe spaces where profound transformation unfolds.

The alchemy of our union becomes a multidimensional ceremonial experience that’s woven into all of our offerings. Drawing upon guidance from our human mentors, the plant realm, and the Divine itself, we co-create luminous containers for healing, remembrance, and personal empowerment.

As trauma-informed facilitators, we recognize that the ceremony doesn’t end when the music stops. The real work includes preparation, integration, and the choices we make every day. We’re committed to walking this path with integrity, showing up with presence, and tending to the long arc of transformation.

This isn’t just about peak experiences. It’s about living in deep alignment — and building a sustainable, integrated, medicine-based community that honors both the sacred and the practical.

Samuel Azul Samadhi

Sam has devoted his life to the full realization of consciousness in the human being—through direct experience, deep inquiry, and embodied practice. His path weaves together the wisdom of ceremonial plant medicine traditions and yogic disciplines, rooted in the integration of heart, body and mind. Over the years, Sam has been honored to study and apprentice with revered masters from both traditions.

His journey with sacred medicine began at the age of 18. At 20, he met his first teacher—a gifted healer and master facilitator—who initiated him into the shamanic healing arts. A few years later, he entered a year-and-a-half-long apprenticeship with a second teacher, a Santo Daime-based facilitator with whom he deepened his ceremonial path. Upon completing this apprenticeship, Sam received his teacher’s blessing to hold ceremony.

Sam has completed four master plant dietas under the guidance of Maestros recognized by the Shipibo-Konibo Council. Additionally, he holds three Samakeis (dietas) in the Yawanawá tradition and carries sacred chants and songs learned directly from the people of Aldeia Mutum and Aldeia Sagrada.

Parallel to his work with plant medicine, Sam has spent many years immersed in the practice and study of yoga and meditation. He has completed four yoga teacher trainings—including two under a world-renowned master yogi—and was initiated at age 20 into a potent and transformative meditation lineage.

As a father, ceremonialist, and musician, Sam alchemizes the many facets of his path within his role as a guide and facilitator. With a strong emphasis on community, integration, and reciprocity, he walks the path of neo-shamanism in humble service to the plants and to Nature’s Divine Force.

Dani Saraswati Rose

Dani has been facilitating intentional spaces devoted to spiritual growth and personal transformation since 2011. As both a mother and medicine woman, she is dedicated to stewarding the next generation and honoring the Divine Force present in all life. She is passionate about living a grounded spiritual life — balancing her devotion with honest self-reflection and personal accountability.

Her lifelong exploration of embodiment and the divinity inherent in the human form began in her youth through classical dance training. In her twenties, she deepened this journey through Hatha-Raja Yoga and later expanded into various tantric, shamanic, and neo-shamanic teachings alongside her ongoing yogic path.

Dani has been working with plant medicine since 2015. She has completed three dietas in the Shipibo lineage and a 15-month apprenticeship under the guidance of a highly skilled neo-shamanic facilitator. Through her medicine path, she has cultivated her voice and musical channel, weaving her life experiences and spiritual cultivation into the prayers she offers.

In addition to her facilitation work, Dani supports the Temple in an administrative capacity. Her natural gift for tracking and organizing intricate details brings her joyful purpose in this realm. She spearheads the creation of new systems, manages the complex web of initiatives, and works diligently to manifest the ever-evolving vision of the Temple.

Temple of the Sun, Moon & Stars is a Private Ministerial Association devoted to personal empowerment, spiritual awakening, and deep, lasting transformation.
